Position Overview We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing Associates. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a foundation in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. As a Marketing Associate, you will work directly with customers in retail environments throughout the Virginia Beach area, represent client brands, and support live marketing campaigns. This is a fully on-site, customer-facing position. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
