Commission is paid based on closed sales. Average total compensation ranges from $65,000–$85,000 annually based on performance. Top earners may exceed this amount.) About the Role We are seeking a Retail Sales & Marketing Associate to support in-store sales and promotional initiatives at our retail location. This position focuses on assisting customers, demonstrating products, and promoting current offers to drive store revenue. This is an in-store retail position. It is not door-to-door, business-to-business, or independent contractor work. What You Will Be Selling You will be selling NRG energy services to customers visiting our retail store.
