Marketing and Business Development Specialist

A company is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to drive employer outreach and strategic partnership development for Registered Apprenticeship programs. Key Responsibilities Design and execute outreach and marketing strategies to attract employers and workforce partners to Registered Apprenticeship programs Identify new business development opportunities to advance apprenticeship expansion goals Build and nurture relationships with employers, industry associations, and other key stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree Familiarity with sector-based outreach and Registered Apprenticeship program development Expertise in the Registered Apprenticeship system and partnership strategies Market research skills to develop new opportunities for program objectives Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and travel domestically as required
