Influencer Marketing Coordinator

**COMPANY** =========== **ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES** =========================== You’ll provide the hands-on support that keeps RYZE’s gifting and seeding program running smoothly—cross-checking platforms and workstreams, coordinating fulfillment, tracking gifting activity, and helping ensure experiential events and activations come together seamlessly behind the scenes. **Responsibilities will include:** ****Gifting & Seeding Operations**** * Cross-check gifting and seeding trackers across platforms (creator CRM, spreadsheets, Slack, shipping tools) to catch discrepancies before they become problems. * Support fulfillment operations: verify shipping addresses, confirm order accuracy, track packages, and flag delays to the team. * Reconcile product inventory against gifting waves to make sure stock on hand matches what's been committed to creators. * Compile and QA weekly gifting and seeding reports before they go out to the team. ****Experiential & Event Gifting**** * Assist with gifting for experiential events and activations — building gift kits, coordinating on-site product needs, and managing day-of inventory. **Creator Records & Communications** * Maintain accurate creator records: contact info, posting status, and shipment history. * Support outreach and follow-up communications with gifted creators to keep response and conversion rates high. ****PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**** * 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, marketing operations, or a related field (internships count). * Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms (spreadsheets, CRM, Slack, shipping systems). * Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel). * Experience with a creator/affiliate platform (AspireIQ or similar). * Experience running or supporting a gifting/seeding program. * Clear, written communication. **WHAT WE OFFER** =================
