In-Person Marketing Representative (Face-to-Face Outreach)

Converse Psychiatry is a growing mental health practice providing high-quality psychiatric care through both telehealth and in-person visits in North Port, Florida. We are committed to improving access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health treatment for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. We are seeking a motivated In-Person Marketing Representative to help build relationships with local healthcare providers, assisted living facilities, community organizations, and referral sources through face-to-face outreach. Position Overview The In-Person Marketing Representative will promote Converse Psychiatry services directly within the community. This role involves visiting medical offices, therapy practices, assisted living facilities, senior communities, and other potential referral partners to introduce our services and develop ongoing professional relationships. This position plays an important role in expanding awareness of our telehealth services available throughout Florida and our in-person psychiatric visits in North Port. Key Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face marketing visits to physician offices, therapists, assisted living facilities, case managers, and community organizations Educate referral sources about Converse Psychiatry services Promote both telehealth psychiatric services across Florida and in-person appointments in North Port Build and maintain professional referral relationships Distribute brochures, business cards, and marketing materials Track outreach activities and provide feedback on community needs Represent the practice in a professional and compassionate manner Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, community outreach, or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable conducting in-person visits and networking Knowledge of mental health services is a plus Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation for local travel in the North Port area What We Offer Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow with an expanding mental health practice Competitive compensation (hourly or per-contract arrangement) Meaningful work helping improve access to mental health care in the community Services to Promote Psychiatric evaluations Medication management Anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD treatment Telehealth mental health services across Florida In-person psychiatric visits in North Port Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in North Port, FL 34287
