About this role

About the company Our client is a fast-growing software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Create a demand generation function from the ground up, establishing and expanding acquisition channels that support a sales-led pipeline. The role also includes building the tooling and reporting behind those channels and working closely with sales and product colleagues on messaging. What you'll do - Stand up new acquisition channels from zero and refine them over time to bring in qualified prospects for the sales team. - Set up and run the systems that support campaigns, including measurement, workflow automation, prospect assignment, audience grouping and performance dashboards. - Collaborate with sales and delivery colleagues to turn product developments into persuasive market messaging. - Run experiments across paid media, lifecycle email, site optimization, account-based programs, organic search and newer channels, then invest further in the strongest performers. - Direct outside agencies, freelancers and specialist partners to speed up execution where extra expertise adds value. **Requirements** What we're looking for - 3 to 5 years of experience in growth, digital, demand generation or account-based marketing. - Background promoting technology products to business buyers with a longer, sales-assisted purchase cycle. - Time spent at an early-stage or fast-scaling startup. - A history of launching a marketing channel or demand program from nothing. - Practical experience configuring core marketing technology, such as automation platforms, measurement tools, CRM dashboards and site analytics. - Good grasp of funnel metrics and how leads convert to revenue, including MQLs, SQLs and pipeline. - Experience working across several channels, including paid digital, email, web and content. - A standout strength in one particular skill or channel. - A university degree; a top-tier background is preferred. - Ability to work on-site 4 to 5 days a week. **Benefits** Compensation and benefits - Base salary: USD 140,000 to 200,000 per year - Equity - Health, dental and vision coverage - Flexible time off - Life and accident insurance - Short-term disability coverage - Retirement plan - Learning and development support Location and work model - San Francisco, CA, United States (preferred) or New York City, NY, United States - On-site, 4-5 days per week in office - Full-time
