Growth Creative Producer - Build High-Impact Ads

Clay is seeking a Growth Creative Producer to sit inside our growth team and make ads people remember. This role has one job: turn our ads machine into something that works. That means performance creative that explains Clay clearly, gets the product into more customers' hands, and challenges what "good" looks like in performance advertising. This is a 0 to 1 role.
