Google Ads & SEO Specialist

Foxscapes is looking for a motivated and experienced Google Ads & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This position will work directly under and alongside the Marketing Director to help manage and improve our online marketing performance. We are looking for someone who understands how to generate qualified leads, improve ad performance, and grow our online presence through strategic digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns Monitor and adjust campaign performance, budgets, and targeting Analyze Google Ads analytics and lead performance Improve SEO rankings and website visibility Track conversions, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness Research keywords and implement SEO strategies Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations Help improve overall digital marketing strategy and online lead generation Qualifications: 2+ Years of Experience Experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of SEO best practices Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Ability to analyze data and make strategic adjustments Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Experience in home service, landscaping, or construction marketing is a plus What We’re Looking For: We want someone who is proactive, reliable, and focused on results.
