Job Title: Google Ads & Local SEO Sales Specialist (Hybrid – Spokane, WA) Company: Contractor Web Zone Location: Spokane, WA (Hybrid – In Office + Remote) Job Type: Full-Time (W2) Pay: $37–$40/hour (approx. $77K–$83K annually) Schedule: Monday–Friday Overview Contractor Web Zone is hiring an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in Google Ads, Google Business Profile (GBP), and Local SEO. This is a hybrid role based in Spokane, WA. This is not an entry-level position. This role combines sales and hands-on campaign management. You will be responsible for generating new business while also managing and improving existing client performance. What You’ll Do Run inbound and outbound sales calls with contractors (roofing, construction, home services) Identify lead generation opportunities and recommend solutions Sell: Google Ads management (primary focus) Local SEO services Google Local Services Ads (LSA) Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including budgets, targeting, and performance adjustments Perform and guide Google Business Profile (GBP) optimizations and local business listing updates Work closely with our internal team to ensure campaigns and local presence align with what was sold We are a small team — if something needs to get done for a client, you won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and help Requirements (Non-Negotiable) College degree required Proven experience selling Google Ads or SEO services Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns Experience with Google Business Profile optimization and/or local listings management Strong understanding of: Local lead generation Service area targeting Cost-per-lead expectations Basic conversion tracking Must be able to confidently lead and close sales calls Must be located in or willing to commute to Spokane, WA Full-time commitment only — no side jobs or freelance work Compensation $37–$40/hour (W2, full-time) Structured performance review after 12 months with opportunity for increased compensation or incentive plan Application Requirements (Required to Be Considered) Resume required Please answer the following: Where have you sold Google Ads or SEO services before?
