FULL-TIME IN-HOUSE MARKETING EXPERT

Premier Group is actively seeking a high-level Marketing Expert to join our team full-time and take full control of our marketing operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving growth, increasing brand visibility, and generating consistent, high-quality leads across all platforms. We are looking for someone who understands both strategy and execution — someone who can build, manage, and optimize campaigns that produce real results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and execute a complete digital marketing strategy • Manage and optimize Google Guaranteed (LSA) campaigns • Handle SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for local and organic rankings • Run and scale Google Ads (PPC) campaigns • Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) • Create and schedule engaging content, ads, and promotions • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for performance • Improve online presence, reviews, and brand reputation • Coordinate marketing efforts with operations and sales teams REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Google Guaranteed • Strong background in social media marketing and content strategy • Ability to generate leads and track ROI • Experience with local service-based businesses (preferred) • Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented • Must be able to work in-office full-time WHAT WE OFFER: • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Performance-based incentives & bonuses • Long-term growth opportunity within a fast-growing company • Leadership role with direct impact on company revenue TO APPLY: Send your resume, portfolio, and examples of past marketing results to: Premiermaintenancetexas@gmail.com We are looking to hire immediately.
