Seeking a Freelance Ads Strategist who will design and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies remotely on a contract basis, driving campaign performance and supporting humanitarian efforts through innovative advertising solutions. Key responsibilities: Designing and deploying sophisticated acquisition strategies across various platforms including Meta and Google Assisting account leads in communicating campaign results and performance insights to clients Monitoring and reporting on performance data to identify trends and ensure alignment with client missions Required qualifications: At least 3 years of experience managing complex paid media portfolios in a high-growth startup, major agency, or political organization A Product Manager approach to ads, focusing on post-click experience and conversion rate optimization Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and proficiency in Excel for strategic decision-making Extensive experience with the backend of ad managers Deep commitment to progressive causes and the missions of clients
