Job Summary ----------- We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Staff member to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and event operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in an active environment, and contributing to successful customer-focused events. Responsibilities ---------------- * Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. * Present and explain products and services clearly. * Answer questions and provide helpful information. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. * Distribute promotional materials and assist with event displays. * Support event setup, operation, and breakdown. * Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. * Support customer engagement and lead generation activities. * Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. * Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. * Support individual and team goals during promotional events. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications -------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor. * Comfortable interacting with customers in person. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Customer-focused and goal-oriented. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
