Responsibilities ---------------- * Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. * Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. * Present products and services clearly and professionally. * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. * Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. * Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. * Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution. * Support lead generation and customer engagement activities. * Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. * Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. * Help maintain an organized and professional event environment. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications -------------- * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Energetic, organized, and professional personality. * Comfortable interacting with customers in person. * Strong multitasking and time management abilities. * Customer-focused and goal-oriented. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Previous experience in events, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
