Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. Manage the company's website, ensuring optimal user experience, performance, and conversion rates. Oversee the creation of engaging digital content across various platforms to attract and retain target audiences. Analyze campaign performance using web analytics and marketing automation tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending innovative approaches. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals in a remote work environment. Requirements 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership or directorial role. Proven success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable ROI. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and paid media management. Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation tools, and CMS. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
