Direct Marketing Assistant Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level Work Setting: Face-to-Face / In Person About the Role Exito Universal Inc. is hiring a Direct Marketing Assistant for our Charlotte, NC operation. This is an entry-level, face-to-face sales and customer-facing role for someone who enjoys communicating with people and wants to develop practical experience in sales, customer acquisition, and business development. You will represent established brands through in-person sales campaigns, customer conversations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, present products and services, and support customers throughout the sales process.
