Digital Advertising Sales Lead

Summary We are seeking a proven, self-motivated sales professional to join our expanding digital advertising company. Previous sales experience is preferred. Training is provided. Individuals must have the drive to learn, the confidence to speak with business owners, and the desire to grow your book of business. This role focuses on generating new business and managing client relationships for our indoor digital display network and digital marketing services across the Austin region. You will work directly with ownership, play a key role in developing our sales program, and have a clear path toward management as the company scales. Responsibilities Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clientsConduct in-person and virtual outreach to businesses across the Austin metro region.Present, pitch, and sell advertising and marketing packagesDevelop tailored advertising recommendations for prospectsMaintain and grow long-term client relationshipsCoordinate with marketing/design teams to create proposals and media materialsOversee campaign execution and ensure client satisfactionTrack sales metrics, follow-ups, and performance Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience preferred (media/advertising preferred)Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to conduct regular in-person visits to local businessesOrganized and reliable with good follow-throughDriven, organized, and confident closing dealsProfessional demeanor and entrepreneurial energyValid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Structure Base pay + commission (uncapped)Full-time contractor positionPerformance bonusesSignificant growth potential as our sales team grows Why Join Us This is a chance to join a high-growth media startup at the ground floor.
