Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Overview MAD Events is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customer interactions during live promotional events in the Charlotte area. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers during promotional events Provide accurate information about services and current offers Assist with customer account registration and enrollment Maintain accurate records of daily interactions Support setup and breakdown of event materials Work with team members to achieve campaign goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in face-to-face environments Reliable transportation within the Hollywood area Full-time availability, including some weekends Authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Paid training Weekly pay Performance-based incentives Advancement opportunities within customer service and event operations Pay: $24.81 - $29.88 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
