Corporate Counsel, Advertising Compliance

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Advertising and Regulatory. Key Responsibilities : Provide legal guidance on advertising and marketing claims, ensuring compliance with FDA and FTC regulations Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to manufacturing and supply chain Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks while supporting internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams Required Qualifications : Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership Five to seven years of relevant legal experience Experience in consumer brands related to dietary supplements, nutrition, or cosmetics preferred Deep knowledge of FDA and FTC regulatory frameworks Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
