Lamar Advertising Company seeks a Construction professional to build and maintain outdoor advertising structures in the telecommunications & media space. You will install and service billboards and digital displays, including foundations, structures, and lighting, while working at heights and operating construction equipment. Partner with local operations teams to deliver safe, timely installs that support high-visibility campaigns. Construct, install, and maintain billboard and digital display structures Excavate and pour concrete foundations and assemble steel/wood supports Work safely at heights using proper fall protection and lift equipment Install lighting, wiring, and related components per specifications Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing structures and hardware Read and follow construction drawings, site plans, and work orders Operate company vehicles, lifts, and construction equipment safely Maintain jobsite cleanliness, tools, and equipment in good condition Document work performed and communicate status to operations team Comply with all OSHA, company, and local safety regulations Construction site safety Reading blueprints and site plans Steel and concrete installation Use of hand and power tools Aerial lift and crane operation Fall protection and rigging Basic electrical/lighting installation Equipment and vehicle maintenance Site surveying and measurement Recordkeeping and job documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Construction Safety Certification Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred Aerial lift and fall protection certifications CPR/First Aid certification
