Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator

Overview Arbor Trace and Arbor Glen at Arbor Trace are seeking an energetic, creative, and relationship-focused individual to help promote our vibrant senior living community through social media, advertising, community outreach, and special events. This flexible part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, attending community events, creating engaging content, and helping share the story of a unique senior living lifestyle in Naples. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple departments throughout the community. Responsibilities Create and manage social media content including Facebook, Instagram, photos, videos, and event promotions. Coordinate digital and print advertising efforts Assist with mailers, flyers, brochures, and marketing materials Attend community events and local networking opportunities to promote Arbor Trace and Arbor Glen Help coordinate outreach events in partnership with Real Estate, Dining Services, Activities, and Leadership teams Build positive relationships with seniors, families, and community contacts Serve as a friendly and professional ambassador for the community Generate interest and referrals for independent living and assisted living opportunities Coordinate with the appropriate departments for follow-up and tours. Qualifications Experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, senior living, real estate, community outreach, or related fields preferred. Strong social media and communication skills Comfortable interacting with seniors and families Organized, creative, and dependable Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Photography, video, and content creation experience is a plus Position Details Part-time flexible schedule Hybrid/remote flexibility available Some evening or weekend event attendance required Company-provided computer/program access Mileage reimbursement for approved business-related travel and outreach activities Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Estimated range $22 to $25 per hour If you are passionate about community engagement, relationship building, and creative marketing, we would love to hear from you.
