We’re looking for a Client Project Coordinator to manage client orders from quote to delivery with precision and ownership. This is not a typical customer service role. You’ll coordinate multiple client projects at once—keeping timelines on track, details accurate, and clients confident every step of the way. What You’ll Do: Prepare quotes for branded merchandise & campaigns Manage 10–30 active client projects at a time Coordinate order details, timelines, and approvals Handle client communication via email, phone, and chat Manage artwork files and approval process Support purchasing and order entry What You Bring: 3+ years in customer service, coordination, or similar role Strong Microsoft Office skills, and understanding of CRM Highly organized with strong attention to detail Clear communicator with a team-first mindset Why Brand It: Supportive, team-driven culture Growth opportunities—we promote from within Health, Dental, Vision + PTO Early off Fridays + flexible WFH when needed We move fast and juggle a lot—best for those who enjoy variety over routine.
