We’re expanding and hiring a Brand Promotions & Sales Associate to support live campaigns in Riverside. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver face-to-face sales and customer acquisition through events, pop-ups, and retail campaignsRepresent client brands through brand promotion, product demonstrations, and live marketing activationsEngage customers using consultative selling, needs assessment, and relationship-building techniquesDrive sales conversions, lead generation, and customer engagement metricsBuild brand awareness and customer loyalty through positive interactionsTrack KPIs, sales targets, and performance metricsProvide excellent customer service and client representation at all times Skills & Experience We’re looking for candidates with transferable or direct experience in: Sales, retail sales, direct sales, field sales, or customer acquisitionCustomer service, customer engagement, client-facing rolesCommunication skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship managementBrand promotion, brand ambassador work, event marketing, and experiential marketingLead generation, upselling, cross-selling, negotiation, and closing salesTarget-driven environments, KPI tracking, performance-based rolesTeamwork, collaboration, and working in fast-paced environmentsAlso relevant backgrounds: retail assistant, hospitality, bar staff, call center, graduate roles, or entry-level sales/marketing positions.
