Position Overview The In-Store Marketing Representative is responsible for creating positive customer experiences and generating qualified leads while representing the company inside high-traffic home improvement retail locations. This role focuses on engaging homeowners through face-to-face conversations, answering questions, and educating customers about home improvement solutions in a professional, approachable way. Essential Job Functions: Represent the company professionally inside partner retail locations and designated in-store marketing areas Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations while creating a positive first impression Educate customers on products and services while clearly communicating the company’s value and expertise Generate interest and collect accurate customer information to schedule appointments or enter homeowners into promotions Work effectively with minimal supervision while keeping leadership informed of daily performance and challenges Support additional marketing activities as needed, including follow-up calls to prospective leads.
