Brand Ambassador-In-Store Marketing (Part Time)

Position Overview The In-Store Marketing Representative is responsible for creating positive customer experiences and generating qualified leads while representing the company inside high-traffic home improvement retail locations. This role focuses on engaging homeowners through face-to-face conversations, answering questions, and educating customers about home improvement solutions in a professional, approachable way. Essential Job Functions: • Represent the company professionally inside partner retail locations and designated in-store marketing areas • Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations while creating a positive first impression • Educate customers on products and services while clearly communicating the company’s value and expertise • Generate interest and collect accurate customer information to schedule appointments or enter homeowners into promotions • Work effectively with minimal supervision while keeping leadership informed of daily performance and challenges • Support additional marketing activities as needed, including follow-up calls to prospective leads.
