A Day in the Life
Marketing AutomationCoordinate and support multi-channel digital marketing initiatives & conversion optimization across web, email, SEO/SEM, content, paid media, social, CRM/sales enablement, and analyticsBuild and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead-nurture programs, and lifecycle campaignsMaintain and optimize lead databases, including segmentation, personalization, opt-in/out management, scoring, and routingMeasure and report on end-to-end customer experience and campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, identifying trends and optimization opportunitiesStay informed on competitive and market insights to improve campaign effectivenessSEO/SEM & AI Search OptimizationConduct keyword research, topic mapping, link building, and AEO/GEO query analysis to support SEO initiativesAssist with content, technical, and structured data audits to improve SERP and generative visibilityAnalyze competitor performance across SERPs, generative answers, keywords/entities, backlinks, and AI citationsDevelop and execute paid media strategies across search, display, and emerging platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Reddit)Manage client (BU/HEM/Enterprise) relationships and budgets from proposal through campaign close with clear communication and reportingRecommend improvements to tools, site architecture, content, linking, schema, and authority signals to enhance rankings and AI inclusionCompile analytics and performance reports related to SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO effortsAnalyticsProvide the marketing organization with the necessary digital marketing analytics to deliver insights that impact marketing decisions, optimizations, and investmentsProvide guidance on campaign measurement plans and goals for teams across the organization in campaign planning processParticipate as a thought-leader/teacher by sharing knowledge and best practices with the entire marketing teamsWhat Will Help You Thrive In This Role
