Advertising Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Compliance Advertising Review Analyst to ensure advertising and social media compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Review advertising submissions for compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations Collaborate with the compliance team and marketing to address compliance concerns and improve advertising processes Serve as a liaison between the compliance and marketing teams, providing guidance on compliance requirements Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in advertising review within the financial services industry Broad knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and DOL regulations Experience with advertising-related compliance systems preferred Conversational understanding of Spanish is preferred
