Advertising Account Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Advertising Account Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new accounts throughout central Arkansas. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calls, emails and follow-ups. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to help them grow through our advertising solutions. Sales strategy: Present compelling proposals to expand our client base. Manage multiple advertising accounts and coordinate with your supervisor. Track client interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, or advertising sales with a strong track record of success. Ability to make cold calls and effectively communicate over the phone and/or in person. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive client relationships. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Excellent time management skills. Competitive spirit with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. Enthusiastic team player.
