Ads Platform Intern — AI, Large-Scale Systems

TikTok is seeking a campus intern for a 12-week summer program in the Los Angeles area to design, develop, and optimize the Ads experience on our Monetization Ads Interface Team. You will gain hands-on experience with large-scale user systems, AI-driven recommendations, and growth strategies while supporting SMB advertisers to connect with customers and drive growth. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to explore next-generation ads experiences and contribute to
