Providing critical technical support for an advertising platform, the remote Ad Product Support Specialist will resolve complex partner-facing escalations, troubleshoot ad tech issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive solutions on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex technical issues for external ad partners Analyze logs and replicate problems for deeper investigation Communicate technical resolutions and status updates to partners Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the Ad Tech industry Proven ability to troubleshoot complex ad-serving and programmatic issues Experience communicating directly with external partners in a technical capacity
