Account Manager — Client Success & Campaign Liaison (In-Office)

Kirkpatrick Creative in downtown Little Rock is seeking an Account Manager to serve as liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This is an in-office position. This role focuses on managing daily client communications, project statuses, and presenting campaign ideas, while collaborating with production and strategy teams to meet briefs and budgets. 2+ years in account management and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
