This includes digital platforms like Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta —as well as traditional media buys.This role requires cross-functional collaboration, data fluency, and experience executing media campaigns across diverse platforms and formats.What You''ll Do:Paid Media Campaign ExecutionSupport paid media campaign development across digital and traditional platforms:Programmatic: Display, OTT/CTV, audio, videoEndemic & Native: Ag publishers, sponsored contentTraditional: TV, radio, printPartner with the Paid Media Strategy Manager and Marketing Communications Managers to align campaigns with business and audience goalsTraffic the creative assets for paid media buysWork with external vendors and internal teams to execute media buys, manage flighting, and monitor deliverablesImplementation & TrackingSet up tracking infrastructure:Build and manage UTM parameters, pixels, and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.Ensure end-to-end visibility across paid media and downstream lead activityAssist with media trafficking and QA to ensure flawless executionCollaborate with analytics team to ensure consistent tagging for dashboards and reportingPerformance Monitoring & OptimizationRecommend adjustments to targeting, placements, creative, and bidding strategiesGenerate weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and vendor dashboardsIdentify and share insights, learnings, and opportunities to increase effectivenessCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with strategic marketing communications, content, creative, and analytics teams to support integrated campaign goalsCommunicate results and recommendations in both technical and business termsParticipate in regular calls and meetings with internal stakeholders and agency partnersWhat You''ll Need:Education:Bachelors Degree in the field of marketing, advertising, public relations, or agriculture communications.Experience:Two or more years of experience executing digital and/or traditional media campaignsProficiency in media platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or programmatic DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Basis)Familiarity with traditional media buying (TV, radio, print) and media planning processWorking knowledge of tag management and tracking systems (Adobe Launch, CID building, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM frameworks)Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis toolsAbility to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and prioritiesPreferred:Experience with ag-specific or B2B media channels, including endemic publishersKnowledge of marketing funnel strategy and campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, reach)Familiarity with media buying platforms, creative specs, and trafficking best practicesStrong attention to detail and project management skills#LI-CK1Benefits – How We’ll Support You:Numerous development opportunities offered to build your skillsBe part of a company with a higher purpose and contribute to making the world a better placeHealth benefits for you and your family on your first day of employmentFour weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidaysExcellent parental leave which includes a minimum of 16 weeks for mother and fatherFuture planning with our competitive retirement savings plan and tuition reimbursement programLearn more about our total rewards package here - Corteva BenefitsCheck out life at Vylor!
