The External Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing corporate communication strategies across various print and digital channels. This role ensures brand consistency and compliance while managing messaging for diverse stakeholders and special corporate projects.
Overview: Employee will work within digital marketing platforms and collaborate with members of the Digital Marketing team and product owners/stakeholders to deliver multi-channel campaigns facilitating personalized customer and prospect engagements. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across lines of business to attract prospects, nurture and cross sell existing customers, and enable exceptional customer journeys Ensure campaign consistency with brand standards and best practices Work with broader team to develop campaign strategy to support line-of-business goals and objectives Develop branding, lifecycle, and promotional messaging in conjunction with in-house and agency teams Build campaign workflows and customer journeys within marketing automation platforms Perform additional duties as assigned.
