Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking a strong Digital Advertising Manager for a nationally recognized, multi-location retail organization. This successful individual will lead paid digital marketing initiatives across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional who enjoys optimizing campaigns, driving measurable results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This position will oversee digital advertising strategies across dozens of retail locations throughout the United States, with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and maximizing return on advertising spend.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Bing, and other digital platforms.Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROAS.Analyze campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting platforms.Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and creative to improve results.Monitor website and campaign analytics while providing regular performance reports and actionable insights.Partner with internal marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives.Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other digital marketing tools.Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.Experience supporting multiple locations or retail markets is a plus.Salary: $80,000–$110,000, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays, and additional perks.Opportunity to join a stable, growing organization with strong career advancement potential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
