This individual will serve as a key strategic partner to internal teams and clients, ensuring media investments are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Manage the RFP process, negotiate rates, secure placements, and execute media buys across multiple channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and platform partners.Coordinate campaign implementation, trafficking, and tracking with internal teams and external partners.Set up and monitor campaign delivery and performance within self-service media platforms where applicable.Communicate paid search and social media plan details to internal specialists to ensure integrated execution. Partner closely with account management, creative, analytics, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.Participate in client meetings and provide strategic media recommendations.Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and reporting across assigned accounts. 3–5 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing environment.Experience planning and executing campaigns across traditional and digital media channels.Strong understanding of media measurement, attribution, analytics, and optimization practices.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
