The job is straightforward: drive qualified, high-intent leads for our litigation support, trial services, and court reporting business in competitive legal markets across the country. You'll own the strategy and the budget. This is an on-site position in our Portland office. You'll manage a real budget, have room to grow as we keep investing in marketing, and work with a team that actually cares about doing good work. Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action in collaboration with web and content teams Monitor lead quality in coordination with Sales and Operations Own end-to-end tag management strategy, including deployment, validation, and ongoing governance Adjust bids, keywords, and messaging to prioritize scheduled jobs and revenue, not just leads Implement and maintain conversion tracking (calls, forms, scheduling tools)
