We’re looking for a Territory Account Manager who shares that philosophy: someone who thrives on making connections, solving problems, and helping local businesses grow through the power of outdoor advertising. As a Territory Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of sales and client relationships within your assigned territory. You’ll manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and presentations to contract negotiation and campaign launch, while working closely with our internal creative and operations teams to bring each client’s vision to life. Note: This position includes regular travel within the entire Meadow territory to meet clients, evaluate billboard locations, and attend community or networking events. Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with local and regional advertisers.Create persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client’s goals.Collaborate with the design team to ensure creative concepts meet client needs and brand standards.Track and manage leads, activities, and opportunities using Meadow’s CRM system.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and local market developments.Actively represent Meadow in the community through business events, networking, and local partnerships.Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm as a trusted brand ambassador.
