This role owns the execution, optimization, and ongoing improvement of email and marketing automation programs across enterprise ESPs, with a primary focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. The Marketing Automation Specialist is comfortable making platform-level recommendations, translating strategy into scalable solutions, and guiding campaign and journey design based on best practices and technical feasibility.
