The ideal candidate will hold a four-year degree in journalism or communications and have two or more years of writing experience for B2B companies. Previous experience at a marketing agency is not required (but definitely helps!) However, what is required is that you are passionate about building strong relationships and are a fanatic about meeting expectations and delivering results. But if you’re the person we’re looking for, you’re the type who is motivated by high expectations! Exposure to a marketing automation platform: Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot Excellent copy-writing skills Phenomenal communication skills – both written, verbal and non-verbal Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques best practices An understanding and use of social media for business Experience successfully working in fast–paced, process and deadline driven, entrepreneurial environments with minimal guidance Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects High energy level, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative Four-year university degree: Marketing specialization preferred but comparable years of experience in marketing acceptable. You will work closely with our Account Management team to nurture and expand client relationships. Collaborate with team members to meet clients' project goals and milestones. Supervise client accounts with the support of Account Managers when needed. Strong organizational and project management skills.
