Search Engine Marketing · Own all aspects of paid search campaign management, including structure design, keyword development, ad copy creation, budget pacing, bidding strategies, optimization, and reporting. · Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards in tools such as Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) or Tableau to visualize search performance. · Support Hart’s SEO and emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) practice by assisting with audits, tracking, and implementation. · 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
