About the position On-site, you’ll play a key role in representing the brand, engaging with the public, and creating a positive, memorable experience. You’ll also participate in ongoing training to stay informed on current promotions, messaging, and program updates. You'll be representing a university-focused program that promotes affordable internet packages for eligible students, educating them on available options, answering questions, and making it easy to get connected. This position may include local travel and additional responsibilities as needed to support program success.

In this role as Lead Brand Ambassador, you will partner with a Tour Manager and program leadership to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences. You will also serve as a team lead when the Tour Manager is not on-site, providing guidance to Brand Ambassadors, ensuring all activation elements run smoothly, and maintaining a strong standard of execution. You'll be representing a university-focused program that promotes affordable internet packages for eligible students, educating them on available options, answering questions, and making it easy to get connected. This position involves primarily local travel, with occasional extended travel based on market needs. You'll be an essential part of the team as we help facilitate the installation of graphics on Amazon delivery vehicles! You will play a pivotal role in making sure all vans are completed for the night and assist the Site Supervisor in auditing and completing necessary paperwork/recaps for the Field Manager.
