Meta Ads Ranking seeks a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, large-scale programs advancing our infrastructure and platforms with the state-of-the-art in machine learning and AI systems for ad ranking. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate across engineering, product, data science, production teams to design, build, and scale the foundational advertising infrastructure and algorithms that power Meta’s monetization engines, one of the largest digital advertising platforms in the world.As a strategic leader, you will optimize the end-to-end ML development lifecycle, from experimentation and exploration to large-scale production deployment, with an consistent focus on system reliability, hardware efficiency, and performance at large scale. By leveraging deep technical expertise and business acumen, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across teams, resolve complex technical bottlenecks, and champion the industry-leading practices that solidify Meta's position at the forefront of AI-driven monetization. 10+ years of leadership experience in software, hardware, or systems engineering and technical program management, with deep expertise in ML infrastructure, monetization platforms, or large-scale recommendation systems Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

The Core Ads Growth (CAG) organization within Monetization drives revenue growth for Meta by building ads products for every business model and across multiple verticals. The Director for the CAG Technical Program Manager team is responsible for leading and growing the TPM organization that drives the development of the core platforms, systems, and applications to support our advertisers and help grow Meta revenue. They will have demonstrated experience leading large projects across multiple software teams and organizations with strong dependencies, as well as building and growing an organization of TPMs. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience 15+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience
