Paid Media Manager (Meta & Google Ads) - Evy Media - Nashville, TN (Hybrid, Downtown) Evy Media is a fast-growing media and marketing company in downtown Nashville. You will have direct access to leadership and an in-house creative team, so when you spot something that needs to change, you can change it the same day. A track record you can quantify: monthly spend you personally managed, ROAS or CPA before and after, and what you changed to move it Share one specific paid media result with numbers: the metric, the before and after, and the timeframe (for example, Meta ROAS from 1.8x to 4.1x on $60k/month over 4 months).

We need someone who is hands-on, fast to implement, dialed into performance, and able to move quickly when new creative, offers, or campaign changes are needed. We are open to a hybrid setup, but we strongly prefer someone local who can be in the office regularly and move quickly with the team.
