Support departments and branches in pursuit efforts by developing, updating, organizing, and providing marketing and proposal materials for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and interview presentations. Prepare and format proposal and interview materials to ensure consistency with company branding, messaging, and quality standards. Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing and communication materials. Graphic design and visual communication skills. Website content management and digital communication skills.

Job Purpose The Marketing Temp will provide short-term support to the Marketing Department by maintaining accurate databases, assisting with internal and external requests, supporting event coordination, and serving as backup for marketing communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collect and Organize photos/videos from the events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SharePoint is a plus.
