Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Partnerships, this critical role is the daily engine and "connective tissue" of our RMN strategy.You will be responsible for supporting the commercialization of Big Happy’s offsite retail media offering, specifically positioning our high-impact 3D DOOH and programmatic mobile capabilities as a seamless extension of RMNs' owned-and-operated (O&O) channels. This is a builder role designed for a high-performing individual contributor who deeply understands how RMNs operate, how they monetize offsite inventory, and how to turn Big Happy into an execution partner for top RMNs, shopper marketing agencies, and brand shopper teams.Key Responsibilities RMN Partner Enablement & Execution: Serve as the core operational bridge for the VP of Partnerships—translating macro RMN strategy into daily execution, streamlining workflows, and maintaining momentum across preferred partner initiatives.Relationship Management: Provide responsive, reliable daily support to RMN monetization leads, commercial partnership managers, and shopper marketing agency contacts—acting as their trusted internal advocate and primary point of contact.Offsite Co-Selling & Strategy: Partner closely with internal Sales and RMNs' co-selling teams to align Big Happy's high-impact programmatic offerings with retail supplier briefs (e.g., geofenced in-store DOOH campaigns and shopper mobile activations).Cross-Functional Product Alignment: Partner closely with internal Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Services teams to align RMN data feedback (e.g., sharing back Device IDs or integrating with clean rooms) with our technical product roadmap—driving results through influence rather than direct authority.Collateral & Toolkit Ownership: Build and roll out RMN-specific sales playbooks, offsite POVs, and closed-loop measurement case studies.
