Marketing Content Specialist

The Content Marketing Specialist (CMS) reports directly to the Global Marketing Manager and provides a critical link between AIM Clients, Technical Departments, Marketing and the PCB assembly industry. This role will work closely with members of AIM’s Marketing, Sales, and Technology R&D and Technical Support teams to create compelling content and copy that shares the vision of our brand, making an impact across various platforms. The CMS will understand the needs of our customers and the industry, know the brand voice, and be able to convey technical information in a concise, cogent fashion to various audiences through product training, trade publications, websites, social media, advertisements, technical conferences, videos, promotional literature as well as other avenues. The Content Marketing Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related experience;Knowledge of the B2B manufacturing industry;A unique combination of technical-mindedness and creativity;Interest in research and proven ability to explain complex ideas;Polished writing skills with proven ability to create engaging content for multiple channels;Innate intellectual curiosity;Very structured and organized;High degree of attention to detail;Strong communication skills;Able to work under tight deadlines;Autonomous and dynamic;Able to bring new ideas and be innovative;Experience with Marketing Tools and Software (Preferred.

Marketing Intelligence Specialist

At AIM, we’re looking for a Marketing Intelligence Specialist, who provides the necessary expertise to define KPIs and support strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this individual is key in turning cross-functional business data into marketing-driven insights that directly align with commercial goals and growth. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of marketing and cross-functional department data, especially within the CRM, ensuring high data quality and actionable reporting. Clean and organize data from diverse sources, including Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external databases, to ensure consistency in analysis.Implement basic data quality checks and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies across data streams.Collaborate with sales and business development teams to track and analyze cross-functional performance metrics, ensuring marketing intelligence is aligned with global sales targets and key account growth. Perform other duties and projects as directed by the Global Marketing Manager to support overall team objectives.
