Associate Media Director, Performance Media
Responsibilities Lead development and execution of integrated, cross-channel media strategies across paid social, search, programmatic, CTV, and digital media platformsTranslate client business goals into measurable media plans, KPI frameworks, audience strategies, and optimization approachesOversee campaign performance, pacing, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization initiatives across multiple accountsUtilize GA4 and platform reporting tools to analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, attribution, and conversion trendsDevelop testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, landing pages, and channels to improve performance and efficiencyPresent strategic insights, reporting, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholdersServe as a senior client-facing lead and trusted strategic partner across assigned accountsPartner closely with analytics, creative, account, and media teams to ensure alignment across integrated campaignsMentor and support junior team members across strategy, analytics interpretation, and client communicationDrive process improvement, operational efficiency, and a culture of continuous optimization Requirements 6-8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media strategy, analytics, or integrated media within an agency environmentStrong experience across paid social, paid search, programmatic, CTV, and omnichannel media planningDeep understanding of Google Analytics 4, attribution, conversion analysis, and performance measurement methodologiesHands-on experience with platforms/tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs, Looker Studio, Skai, Salesforce, HubSpot, or ShopifyProven experience managing large media budgets and multiple client accounts simultaneouslyStrong client-facing presentation and communication skillsExperience mentoring or leading junior team membersStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment Additional Information
